Rubina is a highly experienced school leader at Cromwell Learning Community Trust for 13 years, taking Cromwell from ‘Satisfactory’ to ‘Outstanding’.
Rubina is a national leader of education with extensive experience in supporting primary schools in challenging circumstances. She has a passion for supporting and mentoring a diverse workforce so that positive role models are at the forefront of teaching within the Trust, addressing wider inequalities so that teaching and support staff better represent our communities.
She has a keen interest in ensuring that the school vision is meaningful in a practical way, and is evident in all aspects of school life. A keen advocate of pupils being involved in wider experiences including the International Girls in Politics Conference which was attended by Cromwell pupils.
